"You're my morning, you're my evening
You're in every breath I take.
You're everything I hoped for and you're mine."
- Everything I Hoped For, by Tom Cramer and Brian Underhill
Like most other members of the band, Tom Cramer learnd to play musical instruments at a young age. He moved from the ukelele to the clarinet to the saxaphone, and spent most of his high school years playing jazz along with fellow band member Brian Underhill in the Rainier High School stage band in the late 1970s.
After learning a few basics on the bass guitar - from none other than Brian himself - Tom went on to become a bass player and vocalist for the Brian Underhill Band in 1979. With the band's final performance in 1984, Tom continued to perform with local bands including Oasis, the Oak Point Band, Holiday, and the Warren Smooth Band, expanding his musical skills to include both the guitar and banjo.
Tom has spent the last ten years honing his skills as a close-up magician and performs locally as a magician on a regular basis. He makes his home in Longview, Washington, along with his wife, two daughters, and a number of pets.
